Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

InsaneFunding Ltd. operates the website insanefunding.com and the trader dashboard behind it. For any privacy question, data request or complaint, contact support@insanefunding.com. Company registration details and registered address are available on request by email.

2. What data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, password hash, country, and the timestamps of registration and sign-ins.
• Order and payment data — which evaluation you purchased, price, discount or affiliate code used, and the payment status returned by our payment providers. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Trading data — the trading account identifiers you use with us, and the trade history, balance, equity and drawdown statistics imported from the trading server or from a statistics link you provide.
• Support data — the content of emails, contact-form messages and Telegram messages you send us.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring URL, used for security and aggregated traffic statistics.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

• To perform our contract with you — creating your account, delivering evaluation credentials, monitoring the trading rules, and processing payouts.
• Legitimate interest — fraud prevention, abuse detection, rule enforcement, security logging and improving the product.
• Consent — marketing emails and promotional messages. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email.
• Legal obligation — keeping accounting and transaction records.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with the service providers that run the platform: our cloud hosting and database provider, our payment processors (card and cryptocurrency), our transactional email provider, and the trading-platform / trade-statistics providers used to import your results. Each of them processes data on our instructions. Data may also be disclosed where we are legally required to do so.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. We also record aggregated, first-party page-visit statistics to understand traffic. We do not use these to build advertising profiles about you.

6. How long we keep it

Account, order and trading records are kept for as long as your account exists and afterwards only where needed for accounting, dispute or fraud-prevention purposes. Support messages are kept for up to 24 months. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months.

7. Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, a portable copy, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email support@insanefunding.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA you may also complain to your national data protection authority.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS, passwords are stored hashed, and database access is restricted by per-user access rules so one trader cannot read another trader's data. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

9. Children

The service is not available to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered users by email. See also our Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure.
