Terms of Service

These terms form the agreement between you and InsaneFunding Ltd. when you buy or use an evaluation or funded account on insanefunding.com. By registering or purchasing you accept them.

1. What we sell

We sell access to a simulated trading evaluation. You trade on a demo trading server using virtual balance. We are not a broker, we are not an investment firm, we do not hold client money, we do not manage assets and we give no investment advice. Nothing you buy from us is a financial instrument, deposit or security.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
  • One person may hold multiple evaluations, but every account must be traded by the registered account holder personally, except where the copy-trading and EA rules below allow otherwise.
  • We may refuse or terminate service to anyone in a jurisdiction where we cannot lawfully provide it, or to anyone previously removed for abuse.

3. Fees and payment

The fee for an evaluation is shown at checkout and is a one-time fee for that evaluation. Payment is accepted by card and by cryptocurrency. Credentials are delivered by email after the payment is confirmed. Cryptocurrency amounts are settled at the rate quoted by the payment processor at the moment of payment.

4. Refund policy

Everything we sell is a digital good: access to a simulated trading evaluation, a funded account or an add-on. Access is delivered immediately after payment is confirmed and cannot be returned. For this reason all sales are final — we do not offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations or cooling-off withdrawals once an order is completed, whether or not the account has been traded. By completing a purchase you expressly agree that delivery of the digital service begins immediately and you lose any right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot be excluded by law; where such a right applies, contact support and we will honour it.

5. Trading rules

The complete, current rules — daily and total drawdown limits, profit targets, minimum trading days, the consistency rule, the restricted news window, the overnight window, hedging, copy trading and Expert Advisors — are published on the Challenge rules page and form part of these terms. Rules are enforced automatically from imported trading data and visible in your dashboard. Breaching a hard rule ends the evaluation for that account.

6. Profit split and payouts

Payout eligibility, the profit split applied to each payout and the closed list of reasons a payout can be rejected are published on the Transparency and Payouts pages. Payouts are made to the registered account holder only. The name on the payout must match the registered account. Where we consider it necessary, we may ask you to complete identity verification (KYC) before a payout is released, to confirm that you are the person trading the account and that your details match; the payout is processed once verification is complete. We may withhold a payout where we have evidence of rule breaches, prohibited strategies or fraudulent activity, and we will state the reason.

7. Prohibited conduct

  • Exploiting demo-server pricing errors, latency, feed gaps, or any behaviour that would not be reproducible in a live market.
  • Sharing, selling or transferring account credentials, or trading someone else's account.
  • Using multiple accounts to place opposing positions in order to guarantee that one of them passes.
  • Providing false identity, payment or statistics information.
  • Abuse, threats or harassment towards our staff or other traders.

Where a breach is proven we may end the evaluation, cancel unpaid payouts and close the account without refund.

8. Availability and third parties

The platform depends on third-party trading servers, statistics providers and payment processors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and we are not liable for losses caused by third-party outages, incorrect broker data or delayed statistics imports. Where an outage clearly affects an evaluation, contact support and we will review it individually.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected evaluation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of expected profits from simulated trading. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version and material changes are announced to registered users by email. Changes do not retroactively alter the rules of an evaluation already in progress. Questions: support@insanefunding.com. See also our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure.
