2. What we actually sell
InsaneFunding sells a simulated trading evaluation. You pay a one-time evaluation fee, receive credentials to a demo MT5 account with a virtual balance, and trade it under published rules. If you reach the profit target without breaking a rule, you move to a funded (still simulated) account and receive a profit share of up to 80% on the simulated results you produce.
We are not a broker, bank, payment institution, fund or asset manager. We do not accept deposits, we do not invest money on your behalf, we do not place client funds on live markets and we do not give investment advice. The evaluation fee is a product price — not an investment.
3. How we make money
Our revenue comes from evaluation fees and optional add-ons. There is no recurring subscription, no leverage sold to you, no deposit to top up and no requirement to buy anything else. Payouts to funded traders are paid out of company revenue.
4. Payments and refunds
Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card data. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments, a registered payment processor — we do not ask you to send funds to a personal wallet, and every crypto payment goes through a hosted invoice issued by the processor. Both methods produce an automatic receipt and an automatic order record in your account.
Refund conditions are stated in the Terms of Service. Payout eligibility and the full closed list of rejection reasons are published in advance on the transparency report.
5. Verifiable, published rules
Every rule that can fail an account is published before purchase on the challenge rules page: 5% daily drawdown measured on equity, 10% maximum drawdown, the 40% consistency cap, the news window, the 00:00–06:00 GMT+3 overnight window and prohibited strategies. Violations are shown in your dashboard with the exact figure and timestamp that triggered them, so any decision we make can be checked against the rule text.
Funded payout certificates can be independently checked at insanefunding.com/verify.
6. Risk
Trading involves substantial risk, most traders do not pass an evaluation, and past simulated results do not predict future results. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of profit, of passing, or of a payout. Read the Risk Disclosure in full before buying.
